研究兴趣:

      在计算物理、计算材料领域至今共发表SCI论92篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者SCI文章35篇(JACS 2篇、Nano Lett. 4篇、Adv. Energy. Mater. 1篇, Nano Energy 4篇、NPG Asia Mater. 1篇),文章总引用次数超过2000余次,H-index为23。主持中国自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后基金一等资助、特别资助各一项,深圳市基础项目一项。潘锋教授2016年国家材料基因组重大专项、广东省引进科技创新团队核心成员。

主要研究兴趣包括:

1.  研究材料表面与界面的相关物理性质与现象,材料相结构、电子结构与动力学性质;

2.  能源材料,如锂离子电池正负极材料、太阳能电池材料、热电材料的计算与设计,以及相关机理的探索和发现;

3.  纳米材料,如低维材料能带工程、量子输运性质、纳米器件(场效应晶体管、射频晶体管、PN结、自旋电子器件等)的研究设计。
