In the first list of new energy industry development special funds of Shenzhen, the Thin Film Materials of Solar Cells Lab in Shenzhen has been given permission to School of Advanced materials in Peking University Graduate School. This project will be supported with 5 million RMB to build SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) and Femtosecond Laser etc.
