What are the language requirements for international applicants, and do I need to submit a TOEFL/IELTS score if my previous degree was taught in English?
All non-native English speakers applying to our English-taught program must demonstrate a sufficient level of English proficiency to succeed in their academic studies. This can be fulfilled in one of the following ways:
1. Standardized Test Scores: Submission of an official TOEFL (iBT) score of 100 or above, or an IELTS (Academic) score of 7.0 or above.
2. Proof of English as Medium of Instruction: For applicants to English-taught programs, if your previous undergraduate or postgraduate degree was conducted entirely in English, you may submit an official certificate or letter from your prior institution as proof. This document must be on official letterhead and explicitly state that the language of instruction for the degree you earned was English.
Please note that the admissions committee reserves the right to request a standardized English test score if the provided proof is deemed insufficient. Specific requirements for individual English-taught programs are detailed in their respective enrollment prospectuses, which should be consulted for the most accurate and program-specific information.
