Personal Profile

Dr. Zhao-Long Chen is an Assistant Professor and PhD supervisor at the School of Advanced Materials, Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School. He has published dozens of papers in top journals such as Nat. Mater., Sci. Adv., Nat. Commun., and Adv. Mater. His work has been cited over 4,000 times with an H-index of 35, and he holds more than 10 Chinese patents.

His research has been featured by renowned media like Phys. Org, Compound Semiconductor, Semiconductor Today, and Science Net. He also serves as a reviewer for journals such as Nat. Rev. Mater. and Nat. Commun.

Research Interests

Our group is dedicated to using artificial intelligence to develop new methods for the synthesis and preparation of low-dimensional nanomaterials and to explore the transformative applications of nanotechnology. The specific research directions are as follows:

(1) Controllable preparation of carbon materials;

(2) Wafer-scale preparation of low-dimensional materials and functional devices;

(3) Heterogeneous integration technology based on two-dimensional materials.
