As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches once again, bringing with it the promise of reunion and joyful connection, the School is preparing a special Mid-Autumn gathering for faculty and students. Centered on reunion, traditional culture, and a shared sense of community, the event will feature lighthearted games and informal celebration, bringing faculty and students together in the spirit of the season.

Activities
i. Picture Guessing
Participants race to answer based on images, with answers drawn from Chinese idioms, common sayings, internet memes, and Mid-Autumn poetry. Questions are divided into four difficulty levels, with time limits of 10, 15, 20, and 10 seconds. Standard questions are worth 1 point; Mid-Autumn-themed questions are worth 2 points; a full set of Mid-Autumn lantern riddles is worth 4 points. Correct answers earn points, while incorrect answers incur no penalty and allow other teams to continue answering. Scores will be recorded by a designated staff member.
ii. Name That Tune
Participants identify songs from their opening bars. The playlist includes Mid-Autumn songs, classic hits, and contemporary pop. Questions are divided into basic, intermediate, and advanced levels, with listening times of 15, 12, and 8 seconds, worth 1, 2, and 3 points respectively. Teams may answer as soon as playback begins; an incorrect answer forfeits that question and allows other teams to continue.
iii. Draw and Guess
Teams take turns, with one member drawing while teammates guess the word. Writing, mouthing, and gesturing are not permitted. The question bank includes Chinese idioms, internet memes, and Mid-Autumn vocabulary. Basic questions are worth 1 point and advanced questions 2 points; no points are awarded if time runs out.
