I. Instrument Applications

The optical microscope allows for intuitive observation of the microstructural morphology of samples, with a magnification range of 50x to 1000x. It is equipped with bright-field observation capability and a camera for microscopic imaging, enabling image processing and analysis of the captured images.

Specifications: (1) Upright optical microscope. Optical system: adopts infinity-corrected axial and radial double achromatic correction with contrast enhancement optical system. (2) Eyepiece: 10x with a field number ≥ 23 mm. (3) Objective magnifications: 5x, 10x, 20x, 50x, 100x. (4) Sample height ≥ 220 mm, facilitating sample handling. (5) Image processing and analysis software: includes geometric parameter measurement, scale bar addition, annotation addition, image adjustment, image stitching, and depth-of-field stacking.

II. Appointment Instructions

Samples can be tested after submission or users may operate the instrument independently upon passing training.
