个人简介

北京大学深圳研究生院新材料学院副院长、长聘副教授(课题组长)、研究员、博士生导师。中南大学材料科学专业学士(2000)、硕士(2003),中国科学院物理研究所凝聚态物理专业博士(2006)。德国于利希研究中心固体物理研究所博士后(2007-2009),德国于利希中子科学中心研究员(2009-2015),德国于利希中子科学中心终身研究员(2015-2017)。具有20余年从事X射线散射和中子散射方法应用以及中子谱仪建设的研究经验,主要开展能源材料和磁性材料的结构与性能研究,以及与中国散裂中子源合作展开北京大学高分辨中子谱仪的研制和建设工作。中国物理学会中子散射专业委员会委员、中国晶体学会固体局域结构与全散射技术专业委员会委员、广东省特支计划科技创新领军人才、2024和2025年入选斯坦福大学发布的“全球前2%顶尖科学家”榜单。已在Nature、Nature Energy、Nature Communications、Energy & Environmental Science、Advanced Materials等国内外学术期刊发表研究论文170余篇,论著3章节。主持国家重点研发计划“大科学装置前沿研究”重点专项课题、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目、国家自然科学基金大科学装置联合基金项目和面上项目以及多个省市级科研项目。
