报告摘要/Abstract:
This talk focuses on the design, synthesis, and characterization of single-atom nanozymes (SANs) with enzymatic mimicking activity, addressing the growing need for stable, cost-effective, and efficient artificial enzymes. SANs, with their high atom utilization and tuneable catalytic properties, represent a significant advancement in biomimetic catalysis. This research explores several distinct SAN systems, each tailored to mimic the catalytic activity of specific natural enzymes: galactose oxidase, carbonic anhydrase, and superoxide dismutase. Collectively, these results contribute to the field of artificial enzymes by advancing the design of single-atom catalysts with enzyme-like properties. These SANs not only replicate the catalytic prowess of natural enzymes but also overcome their inherent limitations, such as instability and high cost. The findings have broad implications, ranging from industrial catalysis to biomedical applications, and pave the way for future innovations in nanozyme research.
