The April breeze is getting warmer, gently calling for a break from the late-night lab routine. Let's step out, head to where the wind blows, leave the pressures of research to the waves, and truly unwind at the crossroads of history and nature. So here it comes – registration for the 2026 Spring Outing, organized by the School of Advanced Materials, is now open!

How to Register
Please scan the QR code below to join the event WeChat group. The registration link will be posted in the group 24 hours after this notice is published. Submitting the link is the only way to confirm your participation.
・Registration deadline: 23:59, April 5, 2026
・Note: Spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (by order of link submission). If a registered participant withdraws, the spot will be offered to the next person in sequence.
Important Reminders
1. Please fasten your seatbelt while on the tour bus.
2. The journey is approximately 2 hours each way. Those prone to motion sickness are advised to assess their condition carefully and bring necessary medication.
3. As outdoor activities are involved, please apply sunscreen and bring hats, umbrellas, etc., as needed.
4. Check the weather before departure and wear comfortable, lightweight shoes.
5. Please take personal safety seriously and keep your belongings secure.
6. Listed activities are covered by the school. Any personal expenses incurred during the trip shall be borne by the individual.
7. The itinerary is subject to change based on actual conditions on the day.
8. This spring outing is jointly organized by the School, the Graduate Student Union, and all Party/Branch Youth League units of the School, with implementation by the Graduate Student Union. Participants are expected to follow unified arrangements and cooperate with event management.
9. Since the outing involves coordination with a travel agency, please ensure you are able to attend on the scheduled day. If an emergency arises, notify the event coordinator at least one day in advance. Any loss caused by unexcused absence shall be borne by the individual.
10. The School of Advanced Materials, Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, reserves the right of final interpretation.
