I. Forum Overview
Aligned with the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress and the National Education Conference, and in pursuit of PKU’s strategy to strengthen science and talent, the School of Advanced Materials at PKU Shenzhen Graduate School will host this forum in August 2025.
Capitalizing on PKU’s leadership in new engineering disciplines, the forum focuses on cutting-edge advancements in materials science. It aims to create a premier platform for outstanding young scholars worldwide to exchange ideas, explore emerging trends, and foster collaborations that propel the field forward. We warmly invite global talents to join us!
II. Eligibility
1. Ethics: Compliance with Chinese laws and regulations, upholding scientific integrity and the spirit of modern scholarship.
2. Qualifications:
・Hold a PhD degree.
・Born on or after January 1, 1985.
3. Experience:
・By September 15, 2025, applicants should hold a formal teaching/research position at a renowned university, institution, or corporate R&D center, or be engaged in postdoctoral research, with ≥36 months of consecutive work experience.
・Exception: Outstanding candidates with overseas PhDs may have relaxed experience requirements (excluding joint PhD programs).
4. Achievements: Demonstrated academic influence in materials science, with independent research capabilities and high potential.
